Tophaz is a small and simple program, nothing ambitious, who`s only function is to apply visual effects to the windows of applications that run in Windows. Tophaz can convert the Windows taskbar into transparency, where it also installs a program icon on the right. To configure or close Tophaz just right click on that icon.

Also, the windows turn while you are working on them, creating a surprising visual effect. It includes an option called Contrast Screen which works to make the active windows be seen on a blue background.
